OK, then lets start with sports and go from there. Mainly football and basketball. Since the USA has about a 20% black population, all sports teams must have a roster of 80% non-black players. Same ratio for starters. Not to slight the Hispanics, Chinese, and all other ethnic groups. They must be figured in the diversity also.
Of course it will never happen. And when sane whites become a minority, it will most likely it will be the sane Hispanics and sane blacks who save this country from chaos.
No, I am not a racist. I read a lot of non-fiction. What FACTS I gather is that more radical blacks and their sympathizers are racists. If you are good at what you do, then you almost always are rewarded. To prove my point, look at the players on all teams in the NBA, NFL, college and high school basketball and football teams. Of course, if school kids live in a white neighborhood, like Dunlap, Metamora and Morton, most players will be white. While players for Manual and Central will be mainly black.
