It is not even winter and already the freezing and thawing are making a bigger driving mess than they did last year. Saturday, I hit a big piece of concrete that had erupted out of the highway. Tomorrow, I plan to have my right front tire checked for damage. Would be #3 tire replacement attributed to the City and Peoria Heights infrastructure in the past 3 years.
Don't expect the above mentioned to get any better as the City, County and State slides further in debt.
