Don't know how Trump can do it but I suggest a cut of 25% would hardly be noticed. During my 10 years on the Peoria County Board we cut employees and the only complaint I got was from those leaving. Certainly, I felt sorry for them but all businesses, private and especially public MUST operate on the lean side.
That is why Trump is going to create more opportunities for those hardly making a living wage or good workers who remain unemployed.
Critics should speak out but have the facts in hand.
