U.S.A. Security Agencies - Not All Employees Do Work Approved By Their Boss in Writing

Some of the protesters should read more books on espionage. One writer is Ron Susskind. His 2006 book is the best. The U.S.A. has spies in EVERY country in the world. It's called Counter Intelligence and has thousands of workers who do espionage; some on a "wink" or smile or just walk away. Nothing is in emails that can be traced. Perhaps on a "secured" phone.. Trump headwaters WAS wired. Someone did it. No one from the Russian Government needed to.They had access to 'Wiki-leak'.

The Intelligence community of which their are 17 Agencies are hardly transparent.
