National Debt Will Grow No Matter Who Is Elected

If you don't believe I am right, prove me wrong. Do you know of anyone who wants their pensions, present or future, drastically reduced or their lifestyle deflated???? Yes, we could bring back our security personnel from around the globe and isolate ourselves from bad world events (I  certainly do believe we could do some cutting back and avoid future Vietnams, Iraqs, etc.) and we could cut the heck out of certain entitlements but then what would our politicians explain to those who spent big money on electing them and expect in return MORE entitlement dollars?
